I unfortunately lost my apple watch on a short break (respite as I have a very sick partner). I have sent you all the information you need, plus the £50 excess.
Today I have received an Email telling me you will not honour my claim as my friend and colleague ordered the watch for me using his Amazon Prime account.
The name on the invoice was he’s name obviously as it was his account but the delivery address was MINE
The watch was added to my Apple account (which I have sent proof)
I spoke to a “Rob” today who promised to send my claim details to a gadget team manager but I feel your company will not adhere to any promises you make
How many more excess amounts do you receive and then refuse to help with claims
My watch is so important to me as it is contact with my partner while I have to work (we are not allowed to use our phones) but I dont suppose you care about things like that 😢
