I had to claim for a replacement car key and my insurers use Davies group for this. I was given an address and claim number and told to send all original documents off to them so they can process my claim. All sent, no reply. No phone number available so i emailed through the website, no reply. So I sent another letter, no reply, and another email, no reply. It is safe to say that there is no point with this lot. If you want to insure something you need to at least be able to contact someone to make a claim. It's basically a scam company who offer a third part service to larger insurers and then don't have to take the flak when they don't reply as the larger company will get all the hassle.
