USAA customer. Assigned by USAA to Davies-North America following extensive hail damage to home and auto on May 25th 2024. Will not even address auto problems. Pointed out items to adjuster during home inspection, he took photos. Did not include some of these items on his report. Assigned claims adjuster does not answer telephone, has not called me despite multiple requests. Communication PORTAL via USAA website is next to useless. Questions go unanswered. Requests for assistance go unanswered. Items adjuster did place on his estimate in some cases are just wrong. As an example the amount of facia damage by hail on my home is incorrect. I have more lineage feet of facia damaged than their estimate. If USAA is shooting for a low bar by using this company I think they are succeeding.
