They did not have the carpet I have placed the order for, so they contacted me to offer a more expensive and better quality one for the same price. After sending me a sample, I agreed to the swap and received the carpet in 2 days. Amazing team, professional, always polite and ready to help. The carpet they recommended was indeeed the same colour as the one I chose initially, and very high quality, so I am very happy with the purchase. I highly reccomend this company, will buy again from them for my other rooms.
