“Selected a carpet and underlay recently for my stairs and landing. This was to include fitting. Although I worked out the size myself I did have a preliminary visit at home just to check my calculations. Thankfully they were pretty accurate!
A fitting date was agreed and I must say the crew were friendly and efficient and have done a very good job bearing in mind that I have winders and bullnoses at the bottom of the stairs. All debris was removed.
First class and would recommend. By the way price was very competitive.”

“A very good company - Had a great range of carpets and good prices. When we eventually chose the carpet we wanted (four rolls) it was the right price and they got it into stock really quickly. There was a slight hiccup with the carriers but Umar at DCC kept on top of it and sorted it out to our satisfaction, with just in time delivery. I would highly recommend”

His fitters are 1st class. I could not fault there work.
Very tidy throughout. Cleaning up each room they finished. They even helped moving furniture.

“I had a very positive experince with Direct Carpet Centre. They did not have the carpet I have placed the order for, so they contacted me to offer a more expensive and better quality one for the same price. After sending me a sample, I agreed to the swap and received the carpet in 2 days. Amazing team, professional, always polite and ready to help. The carpet they recommended was indeeed the same colour as the one I chose initially, and very high quality, so I am very happy with the purchase. I highly reccomend this company, will buy again from them for my other rooms.”
