I recently had to cancel a Curry's order. DPD are Curry's courier partner. DPD have held my order since 21st January. It's in a warehouse somewhere in Ireland and it'll be shipped back to the UK "whenever because there are delays". I've been told numerous times that someone will call me. Curry's won't refund me because they haven't gotten the product back. I'm out of pocket nearly €600. I've had to go to The Department of Consumer affairs for advice and follow their recommendations. Never will I use either company again. €600 is alot of money. Incase the Ireland team say it's not them. The Ireland Team sent held the parcels from 21Jan -5th Feb. Now The International team have held them since then so who is to blame here?
