I really liked them and used them for a good while but after my experience with my last parcel won't use them again. Pick up points refuse parcels when they like, DPD lied to me on 2 separate occasions that they would deliver and didn't. They have my parcel 5 days now in depot 7 who lied to me and are just rude as well. Was supposed to be delivered Friday, didn't bother then it was supposed to be delivered Saturday, I was promised it would be but again they didn't deliver and had it down for Monday! Pack of liars and time wasters.
