PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! 2 of DPD staff members came to collect two bags from my husband in UK, to be shipped to me on the 3rd of March 2021, postage costed £36 each, two days after, DPD contacted me to pay custom duty on the two bags, 90 euro in total, which was paid Monday the 8th, One of the bags arrived on Saturday the 13th, up till now, i have not yet received my second bag, I have been in contact with DPD on the northside, they referred me to the head office, I have spoken to different people each time I ring the head office, from Tara, Meghan, Robbie etc,,,,,, I have requested to speak to the Manager, up till now, no one has said anything meaningful or contacted me as to the whereabouts of my bag, HELP! I need my bag PLEASE!!!!!
