I bought a sensor for my car from France, with 3-day delivery by DPD. The package was handed over to them nearly 3 weeks ago and every couple of days, there's a new scan from the same centre in Beaune, in France. Their French website chat is entirely in French, and their Irish website claimed that they couldn't see my package using the DPD tracking number, even though I could see it online while I was talking to them! Absolutely shambolic company with zero regard for their customers. At the time of writing this, my package is still languishing in the same sorting centre in France and I've had to buy a second part locally at twice the price. The shipper has refused to refund me since the package was handed over to the DPD in France, and DPD in Ireland can't trace my package. What a joke!
