I paid for express delivery. They collected from the supplier same day and sent me an email to state my delivery would be the next day. No delivery on the date specified, or the day after etc. After 5 days I call them they say oops, parcel is lost, can't help you, call the supplier.... When supplier called DPD they agreed to return the goods..... In 9 days!!! Thankfully the supplier was wonderful and agreed that I collect direct from them that same day... No mention of getting my money back from DPD though.... So DPD took my money and screwed it up with no refund. Disgusting!!!
