Absolutely discrace of a delivery company, my son was waiting for a delivery and got a text from the driver about a delivery time, no package arrived, I called customer service that evening, said they would contact me the following day, rang again the next day, got the same nonsense from them,a couple of hours later delivery driver rang and said he left the package on the window sill out the back, when I asked him who told him to do that if he did leave it there we didn't sign for it or receive it, he had no answer for me, he told me to let Harvey Norman deal with it, this happened in Athlone, a week and a half later Harvey Norman have cleaned up DPDs mess, thank you Harvey Norman, I would advise anybody to stay well clear of using DPD, they are a useless discrace of a company
