My parcel was handed to dpd, with tracking number i see dpd have my parcel and by statuss is at they head office. Today morning i check again - same statuss parcel no travelling to ireland. Later got message my delivery be coming today. I come home and was waiting. When the delivery time they gave me passed, after some time i go outside and see my parcel outside. They didn't ring doorbell or call me, they didn't leave at landing beside mail boxes how doing other delivery companies - they naturally left at street where no have cover from rain or where somebody other can take. Very poor tracking and delivery service
