When this courier service was passed on to the wrong address they made no attempt to drive less than 5 minutes to my proper residence that I have moved to. The courier driver on the phone did not even confirm the address to my gf and as such I brought a big bulky heavy monitor down five stories of stairs. Dpd does not care that I am suffering from post covid or that I’m injured. I have no option but to leave 1300 euro of technology downstairs unsafe and I was not offered any sort of solution but merely wait for another day. No apology not even a hint of regret on the dpd line from rich. In fact I was told I was being aggressive when I told him the dpd driver talked to my gf and said he was doing some local drop offs and would be back then.
