Received the email saying that order will be delivered on that day, spent the whole day waiting for the courier,delivery never arrived. Emailed to dpd find out what happened, no apologies offered from dpd, instead dpd explained that it was "pre-advised" email (of course it does not say anywhere that this email is "pre-advised"), such explanation sounds like an insult.
