A joke of a company despite the millions they make. I’d go into detail about my issue but it’s summarised by numerous users in other posts on this forum. What sort of a clown leaves electrical goods in the rain uncovered,? The real problem is you can’t deselect them as a courier if the company you order from is tied into them.
