DPD is so bad I’m not buying anything from any company that uses them anymore. If I pay for something, I’d like a greater than 50/50 chance of getting it.
The drivers must be given unrealistic amounts to deliver, “near enough” must be the company motto and offering the cheapest delivery charges the strategy.
