The worst delivery I had so far. I had a package that was supposed to arrive last Friday, i went to check on the delivery update and it said the address was wrong. I've checked the address and it was not! Fine! Rearranged it for it to be delivered to collection point! Someone called to confirm and I confirmed, yes please deliver to collection point. Didn't get any updates! And when checking on website it was still at depot! Got in touch with them and they said sorry there was a misunderstanding. fine!! Got a message saying it would be delivered in next 2 hours to collection point! Waited.. no updates, when to check on the site, it went back to depot???????? Got in touch with them, didn't say why this happened. Said i would collect at depot. Ran to depot as had to be there before 6pm. The collection point on address was closed!! Rang them again next day! Said they would call back, no updates so far, it's already Thursday so almost a week that I've been trying to get this package No updates on their site either!!!!!! Very frustrating! To make a mistake once or twice fine, but this is ridiculous.
