My parcel was due to be delivered 6.06. but instead in arrived at my workplace 24.05 and the courier tried to deliver it to the wrong person working in a different department. I didn't receive a text message with a one hour delivery period nor a phone call from the courier. Instead i saw a status a few hours later that the delivery was unsuccessful and that my parcess is being sent back to the sender (in US). i called the depot but they didn't answer and i contacted the customer service 3 times. 24 hours later i received a confirmation from the customer service confirming that unfortunately my parcel was returned back to US! the customer service team was trying to fix it for me and find out more information however I ended up with no parcell and having to pay for the delivery of a product that was never delivered to me by DPD courier!
