On 25/4 /22 DPD picked up a large 4ft x 4ft Box - labeled for delivery within Ireland- tracking confirms- left local depot to distribution centre at Athlone and I now know that it was to be delivered by a third party Parcel2go - they lost the consignment and it's nowhere to be found - meanwhile I am at the loss of the value of the goods and no one on DPD/ Parcel2go wants to know. they said they would refund me me the carriage cost €17 as a gesture of goodwill !! Laughable as this was their fee and they failed to deliver - 8th June told me that they had made refund and to date nothing received - first and last time to use them - worst customer experience(apart from loss of goods) ever
