This is now the fifth day I have waited in for an item to be collected and DPD Cork have not shown up. On each occasion I have received formal notification that pickup was to occur but not only has it not happened but no-one has contacted me to say it needs to be re-arranged. On this occasion I rang the depot twice during the day and on each occasion was assured that the driver was definitely coming but clearly this was not a correct statement. To say that this an appalling service is an understatement - it is no service at all.
