Terrible service, never call or text me. My item is about €110 and left outside several hours! They even sent me an confirmation received email, this is absolutely not right. First I m not preset and secondly I didn’t even sign paper or speak to any delivery man, they have no right to send me an confirmation email! The website is poorly designed, they send you an email to ask for the delivery date, after they send you a received confirmation!! What a joke. But not surprise the link actually doesn’t work, and the so call Barry chat box only asking your tracking number but unable to provide other information. Whatever you type in and it just keep asking you the tracking number. Absolutely disgraceful! Terrible service , poor website!
