Claim they delivered the package to my house almost 2 weeks, when I contacted them they told me it was delivered to the neighbour 2 doors down, then I was told it was delivered to the correct house and then a 3rd time told it was delivered 1 door down, then they told me that they left a note in the letterbox and left the parcel beside a bin with another parcel, 1. I don’t have a letterbox in my door and 2. I never ordered anything else off anyone so I don’t know what other “package” was there.. I then had to contact the seller and finally got refunded but only refunded me for the items not for the delivery, what a joke of a place and the package is still nowhere to be found
