I had received a txt message that my item would be delivered between the following times 17.51-18.51 yesterday this did not occur. I only discovered that the item had been placed on my Electric gates this morning when my Husband was leaving for work, according to my Next App it was delivered at 20.56, this is totally unacceptable, further more the item was hanging on the gate all night and could easily have been stolen . This of course was not Joe our regular driver who is a very prompt in his arrival time . I am not at all happy with Arthur performance as a courier
