Outraged & disgusted! Parcel arrives in poor condition. My wife questions the driver, Dean. His response... he calls her a c**t. Imagine! Being called a c**t on your doorstep in front of your young daughters. After engaging DPD's customer care, their response? 'His manager will give him a warning'. The kicker is this, if I still need to receive parcels from DPD, it will be from the disrespectful bottom feeder that verbally abused my wife (as he's the only driver on this route) or, I need to collect it. You're no longer a delivery service if your customers need to collect their parcels. Huge overhaul needed in terms of service. Unfortunately, I think they've known this for a while.
