Parcels were thrown over the gate, brand new goods worth €430 got cracks and scratches. Had the whole “delivery” process on a video. Contacted Depot 16 couple times, also submitted all pictures and video. Nobody from the management even bothered to ring and apologise, never mind anything else. I remember when Wojtek used to deliver in the area, top class service it was and very pleasant guy. Now it is disgusting experience.
