Be very aware that most thr reviews are fake!! This company is a joke. Have had a few OK experiences, but when they cannot find your apartment they'll just say they tried to contact you and they don't. I stay in kinsale and the guy probably didn't even try come and deliver my item. They are unprofessional drivers (not too sure about the actual customer service etc) If I don't get my item tomorrow I'll be sure to write a review on their customer services as well. To not even have someone Try deliver is appalling. At least try deliver it and prove that you tried with a letter, even tho I was here all day waiting!! Just unprofessional, lazy and unreliable. Perhaps getting drivers to first pass their high school exams will help with them having the ability to actually do their job.
