I received a text to say my parcel would be delivered on Wednesday between 16.00 and17.00. My parcel never arrived when I went to track it on line it said parcel delivery failure. I rang the main dpd office to be told it was the incorrect address. Which was completely untrue. It was the correct name the correct address and the correct eir code. The woman on the phone promised to ring me before 5 pm on Thursday. Still no phone call Thursday night This isn’t the first time this has happened and it always seems to be with dpd. I hate when they are the courier for an order I placed on line as there is always an issue with the delivery. Stay well clear of dpd unprofessionally excuse for courier company.
