Bunch of liars at Cork depot! Waste of time and money. They said my parcel was picked up by their driver that he delivered it to a wrong address days ago and it is out for delivery today. After multiple phone calls (as i knew i will end up having no delivery today) the office person was just mumbling in the phone for me at 5:15 pm that his driver called Ger doesn’t answer for his phone, but he will be with me in any minute. Off course there was no sign of the driver all day, no sorry, just excuses and pointing finger for others. Lack of professionalism. These people should be fired or locked up of scamming their customers.
