My advice is: Use another courier company. One that you can make contact with in the event of a query. Their phone numbers are unavailable, web chat, after filling in all my details, tells me ‘something went wrong’ I’ve wasted so much time with this company on numerous deliveries an have reached the final frontier…. Or perhaps my parcel has .. as it still hasn’t arrived.
