Couldn't go into detail as so many orders have been wrong in multiple ways. Long story short, never delivered within the time it says on the text message, packages always being held up in depot for literally no reason, multiple times was "failed delivery" even though we were there waiting for it all day, they never ring if they have an issue with delivery they just don't bother. Literally tralee depot never ever answers their phone, never replies to emails and are just on a whole new level of completely useless. The only thing they are consistent with is being the worst service out there.
