Useless company. Absolute waste of time talking to customer service when a parcel is inevitably lost. Several parcels not delivered and each time I phone I'm told they'll look into it and call back. They NEVER call back. The delivery drivers just don't care. They're utterly useless. Nothing positive to say about these idiots. Hopefully they'll be put out of business SOON!!
