Worst experience of postage I ever had. Do not use them. They don’t answer you via email, they are rude on the phone. They all pass the msg on with no resolution. I was only sending a small package up the country and took over two weeks to arrive do not use them. Useless and to ask for a refund you have to go thru a third party. Will never use them again
