ordered a package , dpd sent email to say it was to be delivered the following day, following day arrives ,tracking says I agreed a time for it to be delivered, I didn't, called them and the answer I got from the lady on the phone was "sure wont you get it tomorrow, guess what!!you got it, I didn't get it tomorrow and am still waiting. this company are incompetent and really don't want to be dealing with the general public. I think they forget that with out people ordering things for delivery they would not have a business. An post from now on me thinks, at least i know what type of service ill get.
