Was given a window of an hour earlier when my item would be delivered, yet again no sign of it so as I was passing the DPD depot which is less than a mile from my house I called in as I got no reply to my email and you can't get through .Was met with the most condescending person I ever met.No matter what I said to this lady she batted it away with ignorance and seems to think people should be grateful to DPD for disgraceful service and attitude, have been let down so many times by them you'd think they provided a free service yet they are 1 mile away and they can't manage to deliver to my house on the main road.
