Although delivery was particularly accurate within the time-frame of which it stated it will be delivered, The delivery service itself proves to be nonchalant and incompetent when delivering to the STATED address. I was informed my delivery will be inbound for the 30th so i woke up early enough to ensure i wouldn't miss it, I waited for hours until I eventually called to clarify if there was a delay, come to find out the delivery driver wasn't bothered enough to make the delivery my my address and instead handed off the package to some "neighbour" down the bloody road i have personally never met without even informing me about the supposed change of plans, and probably would have NEVER informed me the recipient about the inaccurate delivery to some random "Neighbour". Despite this the two stars represent the decent customer service I received when handling the issue and the adequate delivery speed of the package.
