It gets worse and worse with this bunch! I moved from Edinburgh and DPD were fantastic so what’s different in Ireland. Firstly when you ask to change delivery day they ignore you and deliver on the original date, this has happened twice. Secondly I then one parcel was en route to Castlereagh for 4 days ! And finally the old “we tried to deliver nonsense” no you didn’t I didn’t get the text to say it was out for delivery as normal and I was home. When the standard 5:30pm we tried to deliver text comes through it tells you to put the calling card number in - of course there was no calling card because you didn’t call. Your customer service isn’t online at the weekend 😂 give up on DPD Ireland you can’t do it !
