We have been using the sleep program for our firstborn and finding the content really engaging and helpful. There is simple tips and techniques that can be applied the have already helped settle and understand our baby. We purchased the package with the idea that even one or two nights of restful sleep over the journey would cover the cost of the program and there is no doubt we have received value and will continue to do so. We will be recommending the program to others in a similar situation to us.
