The online order process was simple and the Shire Hampton summerhouse arrived in perfect condition at the specified time (I received a text and email the day before giving a four hour delivery window). The product quality is very good for the price. It took two of us around six hours to build - we’ve both got average diy skills. I recommend painting all the parts beforehand as some of them are difficult to do once glass is fitted for instance.
