I purchased a shed but at the end of the online transaction did not she as completed. Consequently I went through the procedure again. As soon as that was completed I received a number of emails stating that I had purchased 2 sheds. I contacted the company the following morning and explained what had happened and they cancelled the second order straight away. Approx 10 minutes after finishing that conversation I was contacted by another staff member who queried the 2 purchases. I explained again what had happened and they immediately arranged for a full refund for the unwanted shed. I’ve yet t receive the shed but cannot comment on it it but the customer service is absolutely superb.
