We purchased a Gazebo Summerhouse from Elbec. The process from purchase to delivery was really easy and we were kept informed throughout. Unfortunately when we came to assemble the summerhouse two pieces of timber were missing. I contacted Elbec customer care team and they were quick to resolve the issue and get the missing pieces delivered to us. We are very pleased with both the product and the service given to us by Elbec. We would definitely buy from them again.
