Ok so after reading several not so great reviews I did not know what to expect. After ordering the bar at the end of April the delivery date was 7 weeks later. I emailed near the delivery date to confirm delivery date still ok, received an email back the next day to say yes all ok. Bar delivered and you are sent a helpful tracking link so you get an idea of delivery time. Bar is great very pleased value for money. We were short of the roof felt, I sent an email and extra felt was delivered by fedex in a few days. Great customer service, always replied to my emails so I would recommend based on the service I received.( You have replied with saying sorry but the bar was not delayed it was on time and delivered on the expected date) maybe you replied to the wrong message? I was extremely happy with the service many thanks
