Summerhouse arrived quickly from Shires with very comprehensive instruction books. All necessary fittings were included and everything went well. Erection was completed in 3 days by one person. Finishing off and painting has taken much longer but it now looks fabulous. Several pieces of wood were warped but Shire's replaced them which was good except that the carrier (DHL) took a week to deliver them, even losing the pack at one point and telling us to contact Shires about it ! Very pleased with the price from Elbec and good customer service.
