Very bad customer service! Waited in all day & night where tracking said it was arriving until midnight. Nothing arrived! No calls from driver or customer service that day or the next! Many calls made to them to be told its on a 2 day delivery and cant get hold of the driver! Our email does not state a 2 day delivery in any form!!! Plus the driver said he let the team know and the team said the driver should let the customer know!! Also we had a family member take the day off to help receive and move item. Appalling service!! We would like the delivery charge refunded.
