Whilst we are really pleased with our potting shed and the service that Elbec provided the few issues that we expererienced dropped the score from excellent to good. When order arrived the door was incorrect, we ordered a stable door and received a damaged full door. Customer Service at Elbec were really on the ball however, Shire let them down. The first time the delivery was timed for 8am - 12pm and the delivery arrive at 3 pm but in their defence the driver was brilliant, it was the deliveries prior to us that had caused the issue. When the correct stable door was was due to be delivered we were given a date but had to check with Elbec what was being delivered and, we were not informed what time slot hd been allocated to us. The delivery time however was sent to us on the morning of delivery 8am - 12pm and it arrived at about 10 am. So now happy customers. What a shame that we didn't feel that and excellent score was possible as we are really pleased now with our potting shed.
