The delivery was several weeks late, I was advise the arch had been sent to the delivery partner depot, but apparently it never arrived at the depot. I had to call several times to get an update on delivery, people said they would call back with information but failed to do so.
The item is delivered in kit form but the components are only part finished, eg rough sawn edges and all machined edges had to be hand finished. Nothing is pre drilled so it was fortunate I have advanced DIY skills, others may find it difficult to assemble.
