We cannot praise highly enough the service we have had from Elbeck. Our summerhouse was delivered with considerable to the main front panel. A delivery issue with Shires Ltd. Having received bad customer service from Shires, Elbec took over and the now ever increasing problems, which appeard to be insurmountable for Shires, and they were sorted. Elbec are an excellent company to deal with customer service at its forefront. I must convey our thanks to Sharron and Fayt from customer services who were instrumental in sorting the problems. Praise indeed. The Summer House itself, once finished, was excellent and we were very pleased we it.
