We ordered a metal shed. No response for a couple for weeks and then I rang to see what was going on. The lady on the phone sorted it out so that was great and the shed turned up a few days later. Shed was fine and is up and looking great. However, the metal "base" which I ordered with it turned out to be just a few lengths of flimsy bent metal with no instructions, no fittings to put them together and no discernible purpose, given that as the shed is floorless you have to put it on a concrete base. Bit of a waste of money that. So all in all, a bit mixed.
