I have only rated as poor because shire garden buildings that elbec use were useless and lied to me continuously about the delivery and then admitted late in the afternoon the delivery driver wasn't even in work the day of delivery. They had to re arrange delivery for the following week when I had to take a second day off work. Elbec was ok to deal with and there customer services dealt with my complaint.
