Took a while to arrive, and was given less than 24hrs notice of delivery. As well as being delivered various little offcuts that had nothing to do with my purchase, the longest single piece was missing. How, no one knows. It's huge. Anyway, another few weeks of waiting. Customer service were apologetic, but the delay was very frustrating. At the end, the attitude felt very much "You got your stuff - what's your problem?"
