Ordering and communications with elbec garden buildings was good. The product was delivered with wrong assembly drawings and instructions. Elbec garden buildings sorted out this very quickly and efficiantly. The product was delivered with insufficient screws and after reminding about it, I waited 2 weeks without success. I was asked for my Post Code which I sent and then a week later asking me again for my Post Code and then a week later I was asked what screws were missing. Very frustrating. I informed them to forget about it and I bought the screw from a hardware shop near me.
